Simon Hodgson has been working with property investors for over 20 years as a specialist financial broker.

Simon understands that strategy is vital in property development and sources the best deals on the market to fit the needs of the investor. He has also been involved in private property development which gives him greater understanding of the needs of his investors.

Bryn is dual qualified as a Registered Valuer, Chartered Surveyor, and Chartered Town Planner. With extensive experience across the housing sector including land acquisition and its development.

Bryn works with external consultants and in-house professionals and has significant experience in planning, including applications, feasibility studies, affordable housing, Section 106 agreements, and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Bryn consistently delivers outstanding results, supported by an impressive track record of success.

Steve Wayt is a qualified Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer, understanding how buildings are designed and constructed with over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. 

Steve has worked in senior management roles and as the Managing Director of a successful project management consultancy and understands the need for delivering projects on time and on budget.

James Meigh - Creative Consultant

Invited by Julian Dunkerton to be part of the core Superdry team as the creative head, I formed the original creative media team, built and developed the photography studios, ecom, and marketing department and worked closely with PR. Supporting the business growth from global campaigns, wholesale assets, brand protection, store designs to its flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 2010 and beyond.

 

Previously I was invited by Michael Casley-Hayford to join him setting up a film and production facility in Sub-Saharan Africa based in Ghana. Icon Communications made documentaries and creative assets for foreign investors and government projects, also supporting local development, construction and mobile technology. Clients included the World Bank, O.DA., British Airways, Taylor Woodrow, Mobitel.
