Design
We work with architects who regularly create homes from unusual spaces, adapting those which were previously commercial units into beautiful homes. These buildings can be challenging to redesign but it is highly rewarding as they bring people back into the town centres, assist in regenerating an area by clever and thoughtful design. Repurposing is the way forward.
Construction
Our developments are overseen by project managers who look after the day to day management of the sites from start to finish. They are highly experienced and oversee the many contractors delivering the vision, on time, on budget and to the high standard set by the architects and answering to the Company Director.
